Asphalt Anchors

Are used asphalt installations only and may be or may not be included with the building. They have 4 fins that, when driven into the ground, hold the anchor in, like hooks, keeping the building secure during high wind situations.

Base Rails

The square tubing along the base of a building onto which the legs are attached.

Bow

The bow is a single piece of square tubing bent to make the roofing member of the building

Concrete Anchors

Sometimes referred to as wedge anchors, contractors drill into the concrete and insert this anchor to fasten the building very securely to the concrete pad.

Center Braces

Sometimes referred to as U-braces, these are installed at the center bend of the bow on structures to reinforce the roofing members.

Gable Ends

A steel panel, usually installed horizontally, with the same curve as the bow of the building. They can be installed on either end of the building, and they can extend from the top of the legs up. Gable ends can be installed vertically at additional cost.

Garage Door

Our garage doors are the roll-up type. They retract onto a cylinder above the door opening. We offer a variety of sizes up to 14′ x 14′. Please note there are no windows in our garage doors, and while they come standard in white, they are available in multiple colors.

Header Bar

Header bars are placed at the top of the door frame when a door opening is requested, whether it is an opening with or without a door (walk-in or garage) installed.

J - Trim

J-Trim is used as decorative trim underneath extra paneling on the sides of carports, and is used to trim walk-in doors and windows.

L - Trim

Leg Braces

Braces are U-shaped channels that are used to assist in reinforcing the structure of the building. All of our buildings come standard with bracing on every leg or whatever is approved by a licensed engineer for your state.

Lag Bolts

Legs are the vertical lengths of tubing that connect the bows (top) to the base rail (bottom). The leg height varies from one type of building to another.

Mobile Home Anchors

Mobile home anchors are used to secure the building in ground installations only. They are used primarily on certified buildings. They are helical in design. They can be installed on buildings as an additional option when they are not automatically included.

Panels

Our panels are 29 gauge steel. They are available in our standard lengths of 21′, 26′, 31′, and 36′ (in some areas). We have 14 available colors to choose from. Custom size panels are available. Please call us for details regarding the additional cost for custom panels.

Rebar Anchors

Rebar is a common steel reinforcing bar. Our rebar anchors are approximately 3′ long. They are installed through a hole drilled into the base rail and they secure the building in both ground and asphalt installations.

Tubing

We form our own steel tubing at our manufacturing facility in Texas. We offer 14-gauge tubing standard on most carports, and heavier 12-gauge tubing as an additional option.

Walk-in Doors

Our optional walk-in doors are 36″ x 80″ and have a variety of window options. 72″ doors are also available upon request.

Windows

Our optional windows can be either 24″ x 36″ or 30″ x 36″. They can be placed (almost) anywhere in a closed panel side, front, or back.
