The Boxed Eave Roof Garage that’s pictured is a 20′ wide double garage with a 12′ wide lean-to with one 9′ by 8′ garage door,  one 36″ by 80″ walk-in door , one 24″ by 36″ window with an attached lean-to carport. It’s important to note that optional features are available to customize the look and enhance the durability of your Boxed Eave Garage. Different sizes of garage doors are available, as are walk-in doors, and two different size windows.

The Boxed Eave Garage is very similar to the top selling Standard Garage. The main difference is its more traditional A-frame roof line, which many homeowners prefer because it better complements the look of their home. It is built on the design of our popular Boxed Eave Carport, then fully enclosed with color-matched side panels on all sides, and your choice of garage doors or walk-in doors for access. It’s inexpensive, quick to assemble, but offers solid construction and looks great.
