We offer a wide range of customizable steel structures, including metal garages, carports, RV covers, barns, sheds, utility buildings, agricultural buildings, commercial buildings, and storage buildings. Each structure can be designed around your space, usage, and style preferences.
Yes. Your building can be customized by size, frame gauge, roof style, color, trim, doors, windows, gables, and overall layout. Whether you need simple covered storage or a more detailed enclosed structure, we can help you create a building that fits both your functional needs and your preferred look.
The amount of space needed depends on your building’s width, length, and height. In addition to the building footprint, you should allow at least 3 feet of level clearance around the entire perimeter and at least 10 feet of clearance above the peak height. This helps provide safe access for the installation crew and proper room for assembly.
In the event a lift is required for your install, additional space may be required.
Permit requirements vary by city, county, township, and zoning authority. Before moving forward, we strongly encourage you to check with your local building or zoning office to find out whether a permit or zoning approval is required. If you choose to get a permit, we will begin production once your permit is approved, as per state code.
All Florida installs require a permit. We will assist you in pulling permits, but we can pull the permit for you for an additional fee.
Most buildings include delivery and professional installation as part of the purchase. However, metal building kits may also be available for customers who prefer to handle the installation themselves. Contact our sales team if you are interested in kit options.
Yes. All our buildings are assembled on-site by certified professional installers. This allows the structure to be built directly on your prepared surface and properly anchored according to the installation requirements.
Metal buildings can be installed on concrete, asphalt, gravel, or level ground. We consider anything within 3” side-to-side and end-to-end to be level. Anything outside of 3” may require on-site adjustments that could impact installation times and full wall height.
Anchor type depends on the surface where the building is being installed. Common options include concrete anchors, asphalt anchors, mobile home anchors, and rebar for temporary anchoring situations. The correct anchor helps secure the building properly to the prepared site.
No. Concrete slabs must be handled separately before final installation. The slab should be fully cured, level, clear of obstructions, and ready before the building crew arrives. Concrete specs are included in our engineering, which is included with your purchase.
Your site should be flat and level, clearly marked, and free of debris, vegetation, equipment, and other obstructions. Driveways, roads, gates, and access paths should also be clear so the installation crew can safely reach the building location with materials and equipment.
Make sure the concrete slab is fully dry, level, and clear. You should also provide at least 3 feet of clearance around the perimeter of the slab so the installers have enough room to work safely and efficiently.
